On the 26th of January 2023 the Social Welfare Unit led by Mr. Lawrence Amofo,the district coordinating director and the Chief Executive hon.Godfred Kwabena Adjei Asante donated monies and items like fridges,industrial machine to Persons with Disability within the district. Mr. Godfred said, it is his fourth time he is doing this as he assumed office in October 2021.
He also urges them not to sell the items given to them but rather they should use them wisely for the betterment of their lives.
