The meeting started at 9:45am with an opening prayer said by Mr. Iddrisu Imoro the District Internal Auditor.

The Chairman Mr. Samuel Kwaku Adadza welcomed members and thanked them for making time out their busy schedules to attend this meeting.

He lighted on the importance of the committee in ensuring good corporate governance and accountability in the use of government resources as enshrined in section 86 of the Public Financial Management
Acts,2016(Act921).

He entreated members to be active participants in all deliberations.
Members presents were, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Samuel Kwaku Ahadza, Mr. Theophilus Tawiah, Mr. Adu Blankson Junior and Mr. Iddrisu Immoro.
