On the 31st of October this year, the Juaboso District Assembly desolved its old welfare association due to its small members and transformed a new one.
The district coordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Esiape welcomed all staffs to the meetings and made it clearly to the staff that, it is compulsory for each and every one to be part of this association.
All the staff agreed to the statement made by the District Coordinator and the business of the day continued.
There were three agenda for the meeting, firstly, Election of the welfare committees.
Secondly, how much, the members should contribute for the month and lastly, registration fees.
In view of this, members were elected to handle some positions for the association to move on and monthly contribution as well as registration fee was agreed on.
