PROFILE OF DISTRICT CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Mr Godfred kwabena Agyei is currently the District Chief Executive of Sefwi Juaboso District Assembly. He is an entrepreneur and an accomplished leader, someone who gives confidence to employee even in the remote locations across the nation while utilizing the scares resources available and knowledge to it optimum advantage.
DCE Godfred Kwabena Agyei has maintained an excellent human relationship with senior management as well as the junior staffs and clients to analyze challenges and develop strategies to meet performance goals. Mr Godfred Kwabena Agyei is very much concerned about rural development and youth empowerment.
CAREER PATH
Mr. Godfred Kwabena until his current appointment had a working experience of eight (8) years both in the Public and private sector comprising, Education, Agriculture and Politics. His contributions in the Agricultural sector specifically cocoa production saw him rise through the ranks to the position of a District Manager at Nhyiradua Company Ltd. He supervised the entire District by promoting quality outcomes and adding value to locally available raw materials.
CAREER PATH
Mr Godfred, before his current appointment had working experience, he had worked for about twenty (20) years in the private sector combining Agriculture and politics altogether.
Mr Godred’s contributions in the Agricultural sector particularly in cocoa production saw him rise through the ranks to the position of a sector manager at Akuafo Company limited.
He supervised the entire District by promoting quality outcomes and adding value to the locally available raw materials.
EDUCATION
Mr. Godfred Kwabena Agyei is currently pursuing masters in Human Resource Managements at the Baptist University college, Ghana. Prior to that, he holds HND in Purchasing and Supply from the Institute Of Management Studies Ghana. Additionally, he holds a diploma in accounting from the University of Cape Coast.
INTERIST
Mr. Godfred Agyei is a very strong sports personality. Interestingly, he brought the Afere Kesben FC from division one to division two. He has supported various sporting events including volleyball and other athletics activities. He also likes to read and contribute to development.
